System testing answers one question: does the software do what the business said it would, in the user’s language and context? We come in with cases traced to stories or business rules, and we cover the integration between services too — where the failures that hurt most tend to live.

Traceable cases, execution evidence, a defect report with severity and repro, and a close-out report with what was left out and the open risks.
A prioritised suite your team can rerun, with the written rule for what goes in, what stays out, and what gets automated first.
