  1. About these Terms

    The website is intended for users in Colombia. Saucinco may expand internationally in future, but international availability, legal terms, and service arrangements would be confirmed separately.

  3. Acceptable use

    You may use the website for lawful business, professional, recruitment, and informational purposes.     If you send an enquiry, CV, comment, suggestion, or other material to Saucinco, you confirm that you have the right to provide it.     The Whistleblowing Policy explains how concerns may be reported. That channel is for genuine concerns involving serious misconduct or legal and ethical issues; it is not a substitute for ordinary service enquiries.

  8. Confidentiality and client information

  12. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute relating solely to use of the website will be subject to the competent courts of Colombia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
