  1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using the Saucinco website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms apply to the website only. They do not create a client, employment, contractor, supplier, partnership, agency, or other business relationship between you and Saucinco. Any QA testing or consultancy services are governed by a separate written agreement, master services agreement, Statement of Work, or other document signed by the relevant parties.

  2. About Saucinco

Saucinco is a QA software testing and consultancy business. It is incorporated in Colombia and works with clients internationally. The company provides information about its services, expertise, careers, and contact channels through this website.

The website is available internationally and its content is not directed at any one country. What Saucinco can deliver, where, and on what terms is set out in the written agreement for each engagement, not here.

  3. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful business, professional, recruitment, and informational purposes. You must not use it to commit or encourage unlawful activity, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with website security or availability, impersonate another person, submit information you do not have the right to provide, or use automated methods to collect website content without our written permission.

You must not use any contact, careers, or reporting channel to send spam, deliberately misleading information, abusive material, malicious files, or knowingly false allegations. This does not prevent anyone from making a good-faith report or raising a genuine concern.

  4. Website information

We aim to keep the website accurate and useful, but its content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Content about QA methods, software quality, technology, or business practice is not a substitute for a project-specific assessment, professional advice, or a written client engagement.

Saucinco does not promise that the website will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available from every location. We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of it without notice.

  5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its content — text, branding, logos, graphics, layout, designs, and original materials — belong to Saucinco or are used with permission. You may view and download material for your own lawful, non-commercial use, but you must not reproduce, adapt, distribute, publish, sell, licence, or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.

If you send an enquiry, resume, comment, suggestion, or other material to Saucinco, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. You retain ownership of your material, but you give Saucinco permission to use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to you, assess an application, manage the relevant business process, or investigate a report, in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

  6. Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to third-party websites, and may use third-party services such as hosting, email, recruitment, or form handling. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. Saucinco is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites it does not control.

  7. Contact, careers, and reporting channels

Information submitted through the Contact or Careers pages is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice. A resume or enquiry does not guarantee an interview, engagement, employment, or a response within a particular period.

The Whistleblowing Policy explains how concerns may be reported. That channel is for genuine concerns involving serious misconduct or legal and ethical issues; it is not a substitute for ordinary service enquiries.

  8. Confidentiality and client information

The website is not a secure channel for client confidential information, credentials, production data, personal data belonging to third parties, source code, security vulnerabilities, or other sensitive material, unless Saucinco has expressly instructed you to use an agreed secure process. Client work, testing authority, information security, confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property, and deliverables are handled under the relevant written engagement documents.

  9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saucinco will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or any mandatory legal protection that applies to you.

Because the website is informational, it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a commercial, technical, security, employment, or legal decision. Obtain project-specific advice, and use a signed written agreement where you want Saucinco to provide services.

  10. Privacy and cookies

Saucinco processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice, and explains cookies and similar technologies in its Cookie Notice. Please review both before submitting personal information.

  11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version is posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

  12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Colombia, where Saucinco is incorporated. Any dispute relating solely to use of the website will be subject to the competent courts of Colombia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Client service agreements may contain their own governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, and cross-border provisions.

If you access the website from another country, this does not remove any mandatory protection available to you under the law of the place where you live or work.
