SAUCINCO SAS respects your privacy and handles personal data responsibly. This notice explains what personal data we may collect through our website, why we use it, how we protect it, who may receive it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights.
The Colombian framework — Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees — recognises rights to know, update, rectify and, in appropriate circumstances, request deletion of personal data, and places duties on organisations that decide how personal data is processed. This notice explains how those principles apply here.

Who is responsible for your data
SAUCINCO SAS is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, subject to the roles allocated in any separate client or supplier agreement.
Saucinco operates in Colombia. If the company expands into other countries, this notice will be supplemented with country-specific information where required.

Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Please do not submit sensitive personal data through the website unless Saucinco has specifically asked for it through a secure process.
- Sensitive data includes health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, or sexual life.
- If a CV contains sensitive information that is not relevant to an application, please remove it before sending.

Preferences Communication preferences, unsubscribe choices, cookie choices, and records of communications with Saucinco. Report Information included in a whistleblowing report and anything needed to assess or investigate it. -
How we collect data
We may collect personal data when you submit the contact form, apply for a role, send us an email, request information, communicate with us about services, submit a report, or browse the website.
We may also receive business contact information from a company or professional context where it is lawful and reasonable to do so. We use it consistently with the purpose for which it was obtained and with the rights described here.

Why we use personal data
Saucinco will not use personal data for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate information and, where required, obtaining the relevant authorisation.

We retain an application for future opportunities only where permitted and authorised. Website operation and security Keeping the website available, preventing abuse, investigating security events, maintaining backups, and diagnosing technical problems. Governance and legal compliance Keeping appropriate records, responding to lawful requests, resolving disputes, protecting rights, and meeting legal or regulatory obligations. Speak-up and whistleblowing Receiving, triaging, investigating, and responding to serious ethical, legal, safety, security, or misconduct concerns under the Whistleblowing Policy. -
Consent and choices
Where Colombian law requires authorisation, Saucinco requests prior, express, and informed authorisation and keeps evidence of it. The information presented with a form explains the purpose of processing, the rights available to you, and Saucinco’s identity and contact details, consistent with Law 1581 of 2012.
The contact form carries a clear, unticked consent checkbox linked to this notice. Any marketing consent would be separate and optional, never bundled with a service enquiry or a job application, and you could withdraw it at any time.

Who may receive personal data
Saucinco shares personal data only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, under appropriate confidentiality and security controls. Recipients may include authorised Saucinco personnel, professional advisers, IT and security providers, website hosting, email and productivity providers, the provider that receives this website’s contact-form submissions, and competent public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Saucinco does not sell personal data, and does not disclose it for another organisation’s independent marketing purposes.

Processing outside Colombia
Some technology and service providers may store or process information outside Colombia. Where personal data is transferred or transmitted outside Colombia, Saucinco applies the safeguards required by applicable Colombian law and by its contracts, and provides any information or obtains any authorisation required for the processing.
If Saucinco begins actively offering services or recruiting in other countries, it will review whether additional privacy laws, notices, contractual terms, or transfer safeguards apply before doing so.

Security
Saucinco applies technical, administrative, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data and the risks of processing: access restriction, confidentiality commitments, secure account management, supplier controls, backups, and procedures for handling suspected incidents.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send passwords, production credentials, unrestricted client data, or sensitive files through a public website form. Use the secure method Saucinco provides for any sensitive business exchange.

How long we keep personal data
Saucinco keeps personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal or contractual obligations, dispute management, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping. The approach is as follows:
Data Intended approach Contact and service enquiries Kept while the enquiry or relationship is active, and for a defined period afterwards for records, follow-up, or disputes. Careers information Kept while an application is assessed and for a defined period afterwards. Kept for future opportunities only with notice and authorisation. Website analytics None is collected today. If analytics is added, retention will follow the configuration confirmed for the live site. Whistleblowing records Kept only as long as needed to assess, investigate, act, meet legal obligations, or defend legal rights, under restricted access. Legal and business records Kept for the period required by law or reasonably necessary for contractual, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. When data is no longer required, Saucinco deletes it, anonymises it, or securely restricts it.

Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask Saucinco to:
- confirm whether it holds personal data about you;
- give you access to the personal data it holds;
- update or correct inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data;
- tell you how your data has been used;
- provide evidence of authorisation where applicable;
- revoke an authorisation or delete data where the legal conditions for doing so are met; and
- respect your communication preferences and any unsubscribe request.

How to make a request or a complaint
Write to info@saucinco.com, or to the address above. Please include your name, a reliable contact method, what you are asking for, and enough information for Saucinco to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal data.
Under Law 1581 of 2012, a complete consultation is generally handled within ten business days, extendable by up to five more where the reason for the delay is explained. A complete complaint is generally handled within fifteen business days, extendable by up to eight more on the same basis.
If you are not satisfied after using our process, you may be able to complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). Law 1581 generally requires you to raise the consultation or complaint with the controller first.

Children and young people
This is a business website and is not directed to children. Please do not submit a child’s personal data through it. Saucinco will handle any such information only as permitted by applicable law and with the protections required for children and young people.

Saucinco may update this notice to reflect changes in its services, website, technology, providers, legal requirements, or processing activities.
