Work with us

Work with us

When there is a QA role, we hire native Spanish speakers in Colombia.

01Openings

Open roles

We are not listing a role right now. If you want to be considered when one opens, email info@saucinco.com with your CV as a PDF or a link. That is not an offer and not a date.

02What it is like here

What it is like here

01

Work with your name on it

Each tester answers for what they hand over. Work is not split across interchangeable profiles and we do not bill by headcount.

02

You can say it is not ready

Raising a risk is not a problem here, it is the job. Nobody has to soften a finding because the date has already been announced.

03

Judgement, not just tooling

You learn where to look, not only which button to press. Someone who has seen a payment fail in retail knows where to look in a financial product.

03Who fits

Apply only if you want to learn

The products change from one engagement to the next, and so does the domain. What carries people here is the appetite to pick up something unfamiliar and understand it properly, rather than the wish to repeat work they have already done.

04The process

What happens after you write

01

Your email

An email, not a twelve-step form. There is no “apply here” pointing at an empty ATS.

02

Acknowledgement

We confirm it arrived. If there is no open role we say so in that same reply rather than leaving you in silence.

03

Conversation

If there is a fit, we talk about real work: a product, a flow, how you would approach it. There is no timed technical test.

04

An answer

Yes or no, with a reason. If it is no, we say so; nobody is left waiting for a call that is not coming.
